…thats how I see myself.
It’s not that I know more than you, but I might know or have experienced things that are different. And I can be your “extra mind” – one that is concentrating on a specific issue, challenge or project. A mind that has worked in this sector since 1997 & so understands your environment. I am also a fresh mind, with fresh eyes for finding solutions, one that doesn’t also have to concentrate on the day-to-day running of your organisation. I can be the butterfly that can see & escape the woods & so not be hindered by the trees.
I can also be a toolkit. I have experienced a wide range of different environments, both geographically & organisationally. I have discovered, learnt about, utilised & developed an array of different tools. Any one of the items in my toolkit may well be what you need to make the difference that you are seeking to make. If not & if the right one does not yet exist, then I have the skills & the headspace to create one.
