The Outcomes Star ™

INTRODUCING THE OUTCOMES STAR™ IN ASSOCIATION WITH TRIANGLE CONSULTING LTD © ™

The Outcomes Star™ is a family of tools for supporting & measuring change when working with people. It is widely used by organisations in the UK, Europe, Australia & beyond.

TRAINING AND LICENCING

I have currently been contracted full time as the General Manager of the Wellington Night Shelter so I have arranged for Unique Outcomes – the Australian partner of Triangle Consulting (writers of the Star) – to assist with responding to enquiries and providing information regarding the Star during this time. Both Star training & a Star licence are required in order to use the Star with service users.

There are over 20 versions of the Star, each tailored specifically to meet the needs of a particular client group. For example:

  • The Life Star™ is for services supporting individuals with an intellectual disability
  • The Recovery Star™ is for organisations that work with adults who are experiencing mental health support needs
  • The Family Star™ is for services working to ensuring that children in vulnerable families are able to thrive by improving parenting skills
  • The Empowerment Star™ is for services that aim to end domestic violence & empower women so that they are not victims in the future
