This intervention is primarily designed to enable managers of larger organisations to decide how to roll out The Outcomes Star™ within their services.
As well as giving an overview of the tool, it offers your managers time out of the office to work together and start to make plans for this process, with support on hand from an experienced Outcomes Star™ consultant.
This one-day intervention includes a telephone briefing with the trainer before the day and covers:
- Greater emphasis on how to interpret and use the data for organisational learning and for reporting to funders, including the Star Online and other IT options;
- Designing an organisational change programme as needed to roll out the Star;
- All the material from the one-day Introduction to the Outcomes Star course – including introduction to the Star and Journey of Change and a brief session on how workers complete the Star collaboratively the Star with clients and use it as a basis for an action plan and reviews;
- Additional material on how to make the most of the Star within supervision and other management processes.
