The Outcomes Star™ is a family of tools for supporting & measuring change when working with people. There are 17 versions, each tailored to specific client groups or support needs.
Making changes isn’t easy but understanding how change works can help. Sustainable change usually means changing things in a number of areas of life so that things work better for the individual. Many people who are working towards making sustainable change have found it useful to approach change as a journey with different stages. This tool helps to identify which stage they are in, where they are on their journey & set goals for moving forward.
This one-day course assumes that the participants have already developed strong support work skills. It is designed give participants a practical understanding of the tool, enabling them to start using the Outcomes Star with their clients & touches on use of the data to evidence outcomes.
