Engage & Empower Your Staff: Improving Confidence, Motivation & Communication Skills
This one-day course has essentially the same content as the Engage & Empower Your Customers Course but is aimed at managers & will focus on how to apply these approaches to engage & empower a staff team, whether that be by utilising the techniques themselves or by passing the techniques on to staff through supervision processes.
Aims
Participants will understand the following concepts in practical terms:
- Techniques for raising staff motivation and self awareness
- The process of change
- Behaviour – how patterns are formed and how they can be broken
- The power of thoughts
- Effective listening skills
- Effective communication skills – including conflict resolution and assertiveness
Who should attend?
This course is aimed at all managers or staff who have staff supervision, mentoring or line management responsibilities as part of their role. It is applicable to those who are new to management or supervision & to those who want to expand, update or refresh their skills.
This course is suitable for up to 16 trainees.
