The Nine Conversations In Leadership™ as an Open Programme
As an open programme, the Nine Conversations in Leadership™ will focus on developing the skiils & knowledge of the individual participants to better enable them to respond to a wide range of organisational or leadership challenges. These can include managing change, creating a new culture, developing strategies for achieving long-term vision (as well as short-term outcomes), increasing staff engagement & improving alignment.
An open programme would entail:
- two days of pre-facilitation consultancy per organisation (to agree each organisation’s specific ‘statement of Intent’ for the participant/participants);
- a personal leadership development plan for each of the participants;
- nine facilitated leadership ‘conversations’ occurring within a small peer group of up to eight leadership people referred to as a leadership cell & delivered over a period of nine months;
- pre-reading & written exercises for each conversation based on current leadership theory;
- action learning activities tailored to each participants statement of intent;
- an impressive range of cutting-edge learning resources (electronic resources & participant manuals);
- two days of post-facilitation bespoke consultancy support, to develop next steps & a plan for continued & sustained leadership development
If you have specific partner organisations that you would like to share the training with, we can work together to contact them & develop a package that meets the needs of up to six organisations (with a maximum of 8 participants).
If you do not have specific partners in mind, then Butterfly Consultancy & Training will work to source additional organisations who are also interested in developing their leaders & learning in a shared environment.
