The Nine Conversations In Leadership™ as an In-House Intervention

Butterfly Consultancy & Training offers this unique Worldsview™© leadership intervention as an organisational development package, which includes:
- two days of pre-facilitation consultancy support (to agree your organisation’s specific ‘statement of Intent’ for the package);
- a personal leadership development plan for each of the participants;
- nine facilitated leadership ‘conversations’ occurring within a small peer group of up to ten leadership people referred to as a leadership cell & delivered over a period of nine months;
- pre-reading & written exercises for each conversation based on current leadership theory;
- action learning activities that are tailored to your organisational statement of intent;
- an impressive range of cutting-edge learning resources (electronic resources & participant manuals);
- a half day of bespoke consultancy support per conversation (or if preferred, these days can be utilised in bulk at the end of the facilitation process).
Delivered over a nine-month period, the intervention will usually be facilitated in-house to a group of (or multiple groups of) seven to 10 of your current or potential leaders. Ideally, at least 10% of your staff team should be involved in the intervention to achieve real & sustainable impact throughout your organisation.
