This nine month development programme is for organisations or individuals seeking innovative & results orientated leadership training. Unlike other leadership programmes, the Nine Conversations in Leadership™ intervention works at the levels of knowledge, values & behaviours to achieve holistic, leadership growth & acts as a catalyst for long-term leadership development.

The package starts with the development of an organisational specific ‘statement of intent’ for the intervention. This is the core outcome that the participants will keep at the heart of each of the Nine Conversations in Leadership™. It can simply be to improve the individual leadership skills of the participant or can be based upon a key challenge that your organisation is facing.

The Nine Conversations in Leadership™ (along with the related assignments, action projects & personal development plans) covers the following leadership areas:

  1. Getting Started (an introduction to: leadership theory; the intervention; assignments 360o assessments; action projects; personal development planning etc).
  2. Vision (vision theory; leaders role in vision; power of vision)
  3. Community (community theory; community culture; stakeholders; 360o assessment respondents)
  4. Alignment (alignment theory; engage the organisation; alignment ‘must do’s’)
  5. Teams (team theory; building teams; working in teams; team needs)
  6. Developing Individuals (developing individuals theory; being a developer of individuals; preparing for 360o feedback)
  7. Energy (energy theory; impact of energy; implementing positive energy rituals)
  8. Self (self development theory; analyse 360o feedback; personal vision; personal values)
  9. Moving On (seven dimensions of leadership; lifelong learning & sustaining development; leadership community; personal strengths; developing priorities & support; developing other leaders; celebration of leadership development)
