WHAT DOES A GOOD LEADER LOOK LIKE?
Instructions
- Have paper (large enough for a person to lie on) on the floor (giant butcher paper or several pieces of flip chart taped together)
- Get a participant to lie on the paper & have another participant draw around them
- Identify some people who like drawing (two or three from the group) & give them pens
- Ask the group to identify leadership traits & come up with ways for the ‘artists’ to represent these by drawing them on the person
